Everything is cooked to order, so we can talk you through exactly what goes into your plate before we cook it.

Ask for the written info. Our full allergen information for every steak, sauce and side is available on request at the trailer and by email.
We prep it clean. For a declared allergy we use washed hands, clean tongs, a clean section of the griddle and a fresh, undipped sauce pot.
We cook in a small trailer with shared equipment, so we can't guarantee any dish is completely free from any allergen.

We don't sell your details and we don't send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Only the services we need to run the site and take payment: SumUp (payments) and Cloudflare (website hosting). If you choose delivery, the person delivering your order sees your name, number and address.
We delete your contact and address details within 3 months of your order. We keep basic sales records (what was sold, when and for how much) for as long as HMRC requires.
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The site saves a few things on your own device only, like your scratch card result for the day. Clear your browser data and it's gone.
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
